We spent sometime at other mini golfs in Rotorua but this has to be our favourite. It was not expected but the difilculty of the course was just right. We had fun, took pictures and made sure we made a game of it. The music got us dancing. All in all it is perfect for those who like a challenge. This mini golf course has its windy, curvy and straight shots. On a hot day I do reccomend wearing a hat. My wife and daughter loved it even though it was the hardest min golf course they had played to add salt to the wound they were both pretty good even beating me.

We had an amazing experience so quiet an tranquil although the birds were noisy in the distance it’s not a bother. Clean today environment an love that they have towels available an the water fountain. I really enjoyed the plunge pool near the priest spa as that seemed to have the best beneficial therapy for us ….. would love to have seen more display about the benefits an way in which the waters heal an provide good health. Highly recommend this amazing place … high price but definitely worth it

Enjoyed the quiet and relaxing spa environment with a beautiful sunset view, watching the sky shift from orange to pink and then to deep blue. The pools are just as serene, perfectly warm, and ideal for unwinding after a long day.

I enjoyed following the recommendation of one of the women working there, the lifeguard(?), who said she likes to go from cool to hot, so when I went from the 38 to 39, then 40 to 41 degree pools, my body was acclimatised, and found the heat accessible, and easier to relax in than if I had tried to plunge straight into v. hot water immediately. Great having hairdryers, and very friendly fellow bathers, who recommended other places for me to go (the redwoods, a local cafe), in the changing room. Thank you 🙏

Great spa experience with the deluxe lake spa package. You have access to 5 pools including the acidic priest pool :) the amenities were great as well. We spend about 5 hours there, my mom definitely enjoyed it.

Better than I expected. Went in after 7:30pm. Beautiful views and the pools are si relaxing. Surprisingly it wasnt freezing when you got out into the 13• night.

Well worth going here, it's simply a gorgeous, indulgent experience! We went at 11am on a weekday and were the only people there. The pools are all amazing, and the experience (providing towels, hairdryers, lockers etc) was all very lush. Would definitely go again!

It was such a relaxing, beautiful place. Wasn’t crowded either so that was a big plus. Would definitely recommend booking for a quiet night as it heightened the entire experience!! Felt like the more expensive package of the private pool without having to actually pay for the private pool. Plus we had more choice between the 4 different temperature pools :))

Money we’ll spend so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will return with my family.

5 star rating because we Loved every minute of our soak, sure is healing, my aches in my arms & shoulders from my job I do, heavy lifting had disappeared for the weekend we were in Rotorua. I highly recommend Polynesian spa, we'll definitely be back, a great escape from Auckland.

Great service and perfectly warm pools. We had a Deluxe access so we got the towels, toiletries and access to the lounge with warm lounge chairs.

Lovely lakeside spot. A variety of settings and temperatures in the pools so something for everyone.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Great views. Unfortunately 2 pools overlooking lake were out of service in pavilion pools.

Perfect combo of relaxation and comfort with a view

I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to chill from a long night party and wanting to relax your body by soaking to their hot pools. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I have been taking photos and videos of my experience on this place as a solo traveler and would share the experience I have on this place on my IG.

With just a few other visitors in the pools we had plenty of space and time to enjoy the various pools. A great way to bring some warmth into a winters day.
