We visited here for my son's 13th birthday. It was lots of fun, the staff was helpful, kind and friendly. My nephews had their first turn at bowling and loved it. A great atmosphere and a great place to celebrate my son's birthday.

A great family night out. Had 2 games of 10 Pin Bowling and then went on to have a game of Pool. All of the group had such a fun time. The staff were super helpful and friendly and we'll certainly be back again.

It was our first time bowling. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing experience

Amanda and Donna are always amazing. They are friendly and professional, accommodating and able to make it soo much fun. Great facility, the track and cars are well maintained and it is easy to access and use.

It was a great first time experience. Staff were friendly and informative. We started with 4 on the track which was great as it gave us space to pick up max speed and drift. The second half 4 more came in which did make things a bit slower but offered other challenges which was navigating better passing opportunities. Overall experience was top knotch. Recommend.

Family really enjoyed the experience and the Strawberries were sooo juicy and sweet! Highly recommend all kiwis add it to their annual bucket list for Summer!☀️❤️

Only stumbled across this playground by accident and wish I had known about it earlier. What an amazing outing we had!!! Miss 4 had such a blast on the crocheted net and we stayed literally until closing time. Couldn't see the obstacle course that's advertised, and nobody ever checked for tickets so not sure why we actually had to pay to get in, but apart from that we highly recommend the place and will definitely go back, maybe catch a show next time.

Took my daughter and a couple of her friends for a Saturday playdate and theh absolutely loved it. Definitely recommended and will be coming back soon. The cast were wonderful and even offered photos after the show. Keep it up Whoa..

Better than I expected, is a playground and more. For a few extra dollars, upgraded my little one (at her request) to a super pass and she loved everything. Highly recommend, she's already planning our next visit!

A lovely place to visit.

Awesome place for the kids and adults had so much fun spent well over 4 hrs and still didn't get to feed the animals the crystal museum , shop and panning was the highlight after our day kids loved it definitely will be back!!!

As a crystal lover I highly recommend the shop and museum. As a mother I highly recommend everything. We didn’t plan to be there for longer then 2 hours, 5 hours later and we had to drag the kids away.

The kids had a great day here, lots of fun things and the museum is really cool, food is also really good and not expensive.

Amazing time at Crystal Mountain affordable prices through book.me best time to go is during the week, spacious,staff were awesome and accommodating,indoor playground was a hit for my kids 7 and 2 also fun for my 12yr nephew.I would visit again!

What an impressive team there are at Crystal Mountain! We turned up on the windiest day Auckland has had in ages, with rain and trees being blown over on our way (true story!), to a calm and efficient team. They let everyone know they could rebook if they wanted as the weather caused some rides to be closed. We decided to stay and were glad we did! Our 1 year old LOVED feeling the Llamas and it is her new favourite word. Our 4 year old loved the carousal and made friends on the playground. The adults LOVED the cafe food and how calm everyone was. Yes, we can't rate the whole experience because the ponies were being kept safe from the storm and the tractors and rollercoaster were understandably not happening due to the wind, but what we did experience, we loved. Thank you!

It was our first visit to crystal mountain and to be honest didn’t very high expectations! I was happily surprised to see the amazing indoor play space (perfect for a drizzly day and two kids under 7) and the carousel rides for the kids which ran hourly. The animals were great for the kids to see, great dinosaurs and other animals statues around. The crystal shop was amazing! The kids were blown away by so much sparkle. One area looked slightly under construction but upgrades are probably always happening.

Our granddaughter loved the animals and the rides. It would have been more enjoyable if the roller-coaster had done another ride as some people wanted a second turn and a few missed the time. Lunch was good in the café. Great to see the huge crystals in the museum.

Amazing experience with my family despite the rain!

We are so happy to celebrate my son 7th bday here at Crystal Mountain. From Reception to the Cafe staff, they are all accomodating us. Lots of things to do inside and outside. All of us enjoyed. Thank you Crystal Mountain

Awesome day spent at crystal mountain, fun for the kids, a little bit of upkeep around the animals would have been nice to see making it a bit more interactive, other than that we had fun.
