Really good experience and relaxing after adrenaline activities. Staff very friendly. Had a late lunch at the cafe which was very much needed and reasonably priced.

Was so awesome, made my skin feel so soft. Still over 24 hrs later and 3 showers my skin still feels soft. I trod on a bumblebee just before I got in the mud and it stung the bottom of my foot, as soon as I rubbed it in the mud the sting left. Staff were really friendly, nice atmosphere. Just wonderful all round ??

The most exhilarating 1-2 hr rafting experience this whanau enjoyed today. A great Christmas gift idea, well worth it. Thanks to friendly, helpful and funny staff members for an epic adventure.

Absolutely awesome time on the river!! Felt a bit nervous but the crew put us all at ease straight away with their friendly hilarious banter and stellar expertise. Complete masters of their craft, always felt utterly safe and had a blast! Would highly recommend Rotorua Rafting for a great adventure that won’t be soon forgotten. Great feeling

The team at Rotorua rafting is amazing. Our raft guide was funny and he made us laugh through out our time doing rafting. We will definitely book Rotorua rafting again for our another adventure. Kayaking is what we look forward to do with them.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great fun and well worth the price. Would highly recommend! Professional photos were great too. Only a little extra fee.

I came to celebrate my birthday with girlfriends and none of us had done this before. All the guides were awesome! Special thank you to Jesper who took us down the river and made sure my scared friend was feeling safe. Highly recommend people doing this I would definitely do it again!

Simply awesome adventure with these guys! Nate was our guide and made us feel excited and well looked after throughout the adventure. The whole team were engaging from the moment I arrived until I left. I'd definitely do the river again with this crew.

This is the best experience we have had in NZ! From the beautiful surrounds to the crystal clear waterways the views are just as amazing as the white water rafting! The guides made you feel incredibly safe and comfortable the whole way! This isn’t just a white water rafting experience it is so much more!!!

We were really unsure about doing anything touristy in Rotorua due to overpricing and lack of actual experience however, these guys proved us completely wrong! We enjoyed every millisecond of this trip. We laughed way too much(if that's even possible) and the guides made us feel totally safe, especially while we sat in suspense above the 7 metre Tutea falls. I'm so glad we chose Rotorua Rafting for our trip down the river as the experience would not have been the same without the relationships we forged with the guides and their laid back personalities. We had Tom to guide us down the river and Jack & Cam to make fun of and get made fun of! We would 100% recommend these guys. Thanks again !!!

Awesome and unforgettable lifetime experience for even a non-swimmer like me. The rapids may look scary but it is so much fun rafting with complete confidence in your guide and the red (lifesaver) kayak. The crew were incredible and they have such an enviable office. I would say this is a 'must-do' activity in everyone's lifetime.

Was amazing rafting

Kicked off our honeymoon with Rotorua Rafting & it will definately be hard to beat! My husband & I have travelled a bit - Hawaii, Bali, Thailand to name a few. Of all the activities we have experienced, this is by far my favourite. To know that it was in our beautiful home country is beyond belief. All guides were bloody awesome - thank you Nui for looking after us. Such genuine people who made us feel at ease as we didn't realise how it would be. My husband is pretty hard to please but it ws awesome to see him enjoying the rafting more than me. We got to meet a lovely couple also & good teamwork was involved. Will highly recommend this to anyone / everyone!

What an awesome experience. All the guides were just great. The whole crew are just a group of funny and lively people. The rush,the fun, can't wait to have a second go at it. And also to top that, one mate of ours cancelled at the last moment and they still gave us a full refund. Just stellar customer service.

As nervous as you could get - if you're really looking for the adrenaline rush and excitement, then request your guide to do you a favor and flip the boat on the water rafting. That was pretty much the highlight of our journey :) One that you would definitely remember. I should say, I can swim but not a really strong swimmer yet I could survive. It is just dangerous enough but still safe. Definitely recommended!

Crew: Friendly and hilarious! Very professional. Experience: quite a number of rapids and obviously the waterfall itself! It was thrilling to say the least! Overall: An hour of total fun! Very thrilling but safe as well. There were a large number of additional help on kayaks aside from one guide per boat. Life jackets work ?. Swallowed water but that's to be expected ?. Anyone with contact lenses should bring and wear goggles. Mine slipped out and i was almost half blind. So i had to shut my eyes at the best bit which was a little sad. But overall great fun!
