Last night we went on a canyoning trip with our guide Kevin(who also happens top be Dutch). It was a great experience. Good guidance and a lot of information during the trip. A little tea break with the magnificent sight of couple of hundred glowworms. An absolute must do If you are near Raglan.

A must do in Raglan particularly if a fine evening. We enjoyed yummy fish and chips on the Wahine Moe while cruising around the Whaingaroa Harbour taking in the fascinating history, geography and geology of this beautiful place. All topped off with a glorious sunset. The captain’s commentary during the trip was excellent, just the right balance of humour out and informative, and the crew were delightful and helpful. Highly recommended!

The cruise was really nice ...we had an amazing view of the sunset, and to see the rock formations around the bay and the Sleeping Lady ,with the commentary from the skipper, it was really something we haven't done before...so it's really a wonderful experience!

A great way to see another side of Raglan

Nice relaxing cruise ending with a beautiful sunset. Only drawback were the flock of gulls that trailed with us - approx 30-50 (not exaggerating). They were crazy to watch for the first bit, but they never left us - drawn to the on- board fish & chips. They did make for some great sunset photos. The history of the area was interesting to hear and some of the rock formations were beautiful.

- [ ] We absolutely loved the Raglan Sunset Cruise! It was such a beautiful cruise and my mum and mum in law who normally get seasick found it so relaxing and enjoyable :) The water was so calm and we enjoyed the breeze at the top deck with the beautiful sunset just behind us. The boat and the toilet (which was also spacious) were clean and the string lights added to the magical ride back to the harbour. All these while enjoying a glass of pinot gris onboard! Shoutout to the whole crew who were very welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend this to everyone, it’s definitely worth it! This whole experience made me fall in love with sunsets, I’ll definitely do it again :)

It was a great experience being in this sunset cruise. My daughter loves watching the sunset and i love the sea so it was a perfect thing to do.It made me realize that God is so good for allowing us to see his creation.You won’t feel bored because the captain is so good in commentating and knows the history with good sense of humour.Try it if you are in Raglan❤️

The views on the sea, riverside and beaches during the sunset were amazing. The fish and chips were a fantastic touch with a drink coupled with interesting info spoken over the speakers by the captain make for a very entertaining and educational experience. The bathrooms are really impressive for a boat, like first class impressive

Such a great experience! It didn’t matter that it wasn’t the best weather for a sunset, the commentary was outstanding and the fish and chips were so fresh! Learning about how the boats navigate crossing the bar into the harbour was fascinating as was the history of the area. We’ll be back another time to try our luck for that spectacular sunset!

I grew up in otorohanga and just come home for a hoilday from melbz had an eye for adventure so ziplining was on the agender Awesome way to see our beauitful country & enjoy catching up with whanau at the same time our two tour guides were so neat some good stories

There were 5 of us together, 3 adults and 2 8 year olds. We absolutely loved it! My 8 year old was scared at first and hesitant to go on however Rob our instructor is very knowledgeable and experienced and made him feel safe. Amazing experience, we’re ready to book again. Thanks Rob!

It was just me, my two girls (9 and 8) and the owner, Rob. It was amazing fun and Rob has done such an amazing job designing this attraction (and digging out all the pathways by hand!!!). Highly recommend this activity and would definitely do it again. Thanks Rob!

Awesome experience with a lovely guide. Very professional. He told us about the history of the place too. We were learling while having fun at the ziplines. No way to beat that haha. He also gave us a lot of useful tips for our trip. Very sweet and helpful. The experience itself is amazing. The views stuning. Would repeat!

This was an awesome tour! Our tour guide Damien was filled with amazing stories and facts about New Zealand, he was the best! It was great to be able to have both tours in one trip, since they aren't far from each other. Hobbiton was so much fun, our tour guide had lots of fun facts and trivia about the movie set. It was great having the drink and buffet lunch (which was delicious) included! Waitomo caves was fascinating to see and is something I will never forget. It's sad that you can't take pictures in the caves though. I would definitely recommend this tour, it was my favorite from my trip!

The Gray Line Tour was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful meeting us at the City Station and getting us on the right bus for the tour . The bus driver Brian was great and told us lots about NZ history in an entertaining manner! He was kind and helpful with lots of good tour tips! Going to Hobbiton was wonderful and a tour I wouldn’t miss! The lunch was great with lots of good choices! Waitomo Caves was another must do tour! The tour was extremely organized . The bus was very comfortable and enroute to the tour sites you see the wonderful NZ country side! Thank you Brian and Grey Line Tours!

Hobbiton is a magical awesome place, wish we could stay longer there. The lunch was great, the complimentary beer as well (we tried ale and stout, both excellent). They keep the place looking super authentic. Our guide on the bus drive to there gave us various curious details about NZ and the local nature, people, industry, etc., it was really useful. Waitomo cave then was also magnificent magical place, better they dont allow photos inside, as it would ruin the emotion and experience. Lovely place, would recommend it, as well as the whole tour in general!
