Highly recommended, fun yet safety conscious tour suitable for all ages. Fantastic experience, for my first ever glow worm kayaking evening tour. Out guides Jono and Emile, ran things like clockwork, oozing with professionalism. Clearly both are highly experienced kayakers. There was no waiting around, everything was so well organised that our evening flowed calmly and smoothly without a hiccup. The wine and nibbles set the scene right from the start. I am an experienced kayaker so didn’t need any additional assistance. We had a few in our group who had never kayaked. They were given all the guidance they needed to relax and thoroughly enjoy the misty kayak to and from the glow worm cave. And man, that cave blew my mind!!! Thanks for a fantastic evening and a definite highlight of my North Island holiday.

We took along a group of thirteen year old boys and they had a blast. Would definitely do it again!

We had a great day out on the ocean! The staff were fantastic and ensured an unforgettable experience. We saw hundreds of dolphins and spent almost 2 hours at an island, where we had lunch and enjoyed some swimming. I would definately recommend this to anyone!

It was awesome day, we saw heap dolphins also hammerhead shark, penguins and nearly midday cruise stopped near small island for relax as I swam pretty close with seals, so awesome day but just one thing we wouldn’t know on cruise got nothing for us, the ticket full price excld everything! So please list detail for customer must bring your own lunch due to we would like to buy some meal but on cruise got frozen meal but was expired!!! So we have one day trip and have no food for whole day, so I might say it was my fault not prepared food but Bookme must revise your advertise include all detail about that. Anyway all great :)

Amazing stuff

Really enjoyed the full day boat trip, great views around the Bay of Plenty, saw a couple of penguins, some flying fish, lots of seabirds and several pods of amazing dolphins swimming right up close to the boat.

When I saw people had said it was the best day ever I never believed that it would be exactly that. Beautiful weather. Great staff. And to beat all of that, whales? Didn’t see much for the first 3 hours and then it all came at once! Highly recommended!?

My partner and I booked this cruise and weren’t disappointed, we had the best day and enjoyed the trip and seeing all the dolphins and wildlife. The crew went the whole extra mile to make us feel welcome. Thanks again for having us

Both waitresses were nice and helpful. Stonegrill steak was impressive!! Calamari was tasty and tender but small portion. A big portion of porkbelly and $1 wings on Wed were incredible..

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Hubby ordered the Karaage Chicken Burger and said was great and the chicken was real tender. I ordered the pork belly bites and potato pave bites, they were both delicious! (especially the pork belly, had so much flavour) Lots on the menu, so we will be back to try them all. Woman that served us was very friendly.

Great food, great place to eat, love the atmosphere. I come from working in hospitality and understand big groups are important and bringing in more money that night. But unfortunately they were all seated after me but got all their drinks before me, settling them was more important which again I understand, my boss would tell me to focus on bigger groups more but yes that let's down smaller tables and we waited about 20 minutes just for two soft drinks.. Due to them taking all drink orders then bringing them their drinks.. Other than that, enjoyed my food and the experience was great, loved the mini junior stone grill. We will definitely be back. Just perhaps when larger groups are booked in, just one extra waiter on, can ensure no customers get a bit left behind.. Thanks :)

Had a great evening snack here. Was nice to have the Jazz festival going on in the background. We did not order a Main course as no one attended us for some time even after we were finished with our appetisers but can’t blame them completely as we could see only 2 waitstaff catering to quite a few guests. Will definitely give it a second go on a quieter day.

Great environment, staff were great, nice looking modern restaurant. I really enjoyed my meal especially the Awhi ruapehu scotch fillet was really soft and I ordered for medium it was perfect cooked which also the sauce goes very well with the fillet and potatoes just love it! The starter was also good but tiger prawn was slightly overcooked abit, the yum yum sauce on top was a great taste but the guanciale crumble was not really making sense with the dish. Overall it was great and definitely would be back again for another scotch fillet!!

Visit this place with my 2 children. They throughly enjoyed the museum. So much to learn and do. Will definitely return again . Highly recommend visiting

Saw a huge pod of dolphins and some Nz fur seals and even managed to come across a HUGE whale shark! They staff were super lovely and offered us hot drinks after every swim because the weather was a bit cold the day we went!

After having unfortunately canceled the excursion of January 6th because of the wind too strong, I was able to postpone the following day because the conditions were better. And what a lucky man I am ! We saw an incredible amount of dolphins and whales (different species), snorkel in a beautiful bay and the must for me was to swim with 2 seals in just perfect conditions. To see them in their element, swim with such grace and come so close to us will probably remain one of my best memories in New Zealand after a 1 year trip! I would also like to sincerely thank the wonderful crew, Mark flying and cooking, Rome & Claire always smiling and caring, very kind ! Thank You so much to Orca Wild Adventures, definitly worth it !!!

What a beautiful day with the wonderful Orca Wild Adventures!! Mark, Claire and Pauline were very friendly. They made sure everyone was having a great time on the boat and in the water during the snorkling trip. We got the chance to see somme dolphins, pilot whales (for the first time of the season!!), a nz seal waving at us, flying fish and many other ones... Loved my day out! Would definitely recommend this trip with them if you're in Tauranga!!

We had a really great time on the boat. We were a small group, so we had enough place on the boat. We had very good luck and we spot about 200 Dolphins which where hunting. It was magical! Further we saw about 6-10 whales. The staff was more than friendly! I can't complain something. Do it!

We had the most amazing day thanks to Mark and the girls. They’re just so lovely, funny, caring and passionate about what they are doing. We had the best time swimming with dolphins, snorkeling with seals, a great lunch.... just the best day ever. A def MUST do! Thank you so much Orca Wild adventures!!!

This was probably my most beautiful adventure ever. Orca Wild Adventures team guided us safely through so many different sea world creatures from dolphins to blue sharks, two huge turtles, sea fish and at the end swimming with a seal in the picturesque bay. Thank you so much for your excellence and professionalism with a lot of love and subtly.

Hi, the trip was really amazing and ful of creatures and dolphins. We recommend this trip to all of you guys!

We both had a fantastic day on the sea with the wonderful crew who were very friendly. We saw 2 pods of dolphins before lunch, the second pod was huge! They are beautiful creatures and is an experience we will treasure forever. Snorkelling was great too before bbq on the boat. Take warm clothes for the boat ride, even on a hot day. And plenty of sun cream and water. Also saw baby hammerhead shark. We had a wonderful sunny day it was perfect - thank you!

Great food and customer service, but we both ended up with an upset stomach later—maybe from the tiger prawns?? The Ribeye stone grill steak was amazing! It was so juicy, and we enjoyed adjusting the doneness myself. The staff were all wonderful and attentive as well.
