Yep that's all I can say is AWESOME got some amazing photos, the staff are so great, my flight was rescheduled due to the worst rain ever, the staff booked me in for the next day & as I was coming from Wanaka I had to ring really early to see if the trip would be on & there was someone at the end of the phone which I was surprised about so a big plus for me. I would defiantly recommend these guys.

We has the most fantastic day imaginable. The staff at True South Flights were were friendly, efficient and thoughtful. Our pilot, Jason was very friendly, professional and provided added value with his insights and tips. The flight over the mountains allowed us to experience a side of the country that can't be seen otherwise,with scenery so breath takingly beautiful that the experience even feels a bit surreal. You will have to pinch yourself to be reminded that you aren't dreaming. I can whole heartedly recommend it without any reservation.

What a great experience with such friendly crew at the Helicopter Line. After 2 false starts with the weather over the last 2 days, definitely worth the wait...

This was one of the highlights of my trip! Dan is a great guy, relaxed, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and a good driver - which is very important given the road you’re travelling on. The scenery is breathtaking and I came home with some stunning photographs.. my favourites being the ones Dan took of me. He knew all the best places to go and would stop whenever I wanted. I was also the only one on the tour so it was great having my own private tour guide. You can pay the same and end up in a full van. This was great value for money and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Do it!!

From when I booked the customer service was excellent, keeping me informed along the way. The flight was terrific and the pilot Michael was very informative and professional. Great flight and can recommend!

An unbelievable and absolutely awesome view of Queenstown. The scenery from 5000 feet above Queenstown is breathtaking. Our first experience but definitely not our last. Scott, the pilot was very nice. This is a must for anyone.

Grabbed a deal arrived early and was able to play. Nice little spot for a bit of cheap family time. The guy at counter was lovely.

Our time was 2pm and they only opened at 2:30. Except this, bowling and good service.

Went with my family. Had a great time bowling here, great environment. We had a lot of fun and we got quite competitive. We weren't familiar with the controls, but a worker helped us around it. Before our booking we played some games in the lobby. We had lots of laughs here. Will be back.

We just love tenpin bowling. As a family we played 4 games while in Queenstown this week on holiday. We are fiercy competitive. First game we l did well. Next game we all had a beat our last scores and the winner was the person who got higher than last game. My son shamed himself on the first game so was determined to win. He did and got presented with an old trophy we got from op shop in Cronwell. My husband and I had 2 games another day and had loads if fun. Such a great team building thing to to. Thankyou so much. I hope to get the trophy next time

We enjoyed ourselves right from walking in the door with friendly customer service to putting shoes on to choosing our bowling balls to getting a couple of strikes . Our children throughly enjoyed themselves too squealing with excited from start to finish being so happy to try something new. Fun affordable family fun .

Highly recommend this to everyone, awesome experience - loved the view from the mountain and the helicopter!

The ambiance, the service and the food were all spectacular. We chose the six course degustation menu and then added the wine to compliment the dishes. Each wine complimented the course perfectly and added to the enjoyment of the food. We will definitely come back on our return to Queenstown.

Really knowledgeable lady talked us through the gin tasting.the food was next level delicious too and we definitely left with a few bottles to purchase! They do things other than gin and I highly recommend the spiced rum it's decadently caramel tasting!

Cargo Gantley was has a cosy and welcoming aura the second you walk in! The staff were amazing and very helpful and when they brought the food we realised we ordered more than we could handle! Nonetheless, the food was great and we would definitely come back if we were to visit again!

Our first degustation as a whānau - loved by all. The food was elegant, tantalising, and satisfying. The ambiance was warm, intimate and classy. Knowledgeable and inviting staff.

Excellent service, and very nice atmosphere~ The degustation menu is subject to change. The food was pretty good but not the best. The chef was very nice given us a bounus dish.

We had such an amazing time at Onsen Hot Poools. Maybe 1 hour wasn't enough. A scenic walk down the path from the carpark to the hot pools. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got to choose one snack (chips, chocolate, ice cream) and one drink from their selection. We were almost an hour early because we caught the bus there but they were playing great music in the warm waiting room and had free wifi available. There were also complimentary charger wires available incase you wanted to charge while waiting. You have to have a quick rinse in the shower before you hop into the pool. The view is so soothing and calm. The room is completely private we couldn't even hear the neighbours. You get a ten minute warning before your hour is up. Our aromatherapy candle wick was too short to light.

We had an amazing time here soaking in the hot tub and looking over Shotover river. The staff were lovely, and the complementary juice we picked were delicious! Highly recommend doing after a day at Coronet Peak or Shotover Jet as it is quite close.

A must do on your Queenstown list of things to do. Get the pamper package with ice cream and wine. Will definitely do again!

Beautiful, tranquil, relaxing all the things you read about this place is true. A most see if you able to book it. From the moment we arrived the waiting area was calm and smelt beautiful. The hot pool experience itself was great as well an hour is more than enough, we had beautiful weather which made the views amazing. The facilities afterwards to refreshen up are also really good and makes you leave refreshed and ready for the rest of your day activities. Highly recommend and book book months in advance if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Came here for my 40th birthday; from walking in the door the service and professionalism was exceptional - the staff had gone above and beyond and put birthday signage in the spa room and on the stairs. Highly recommended if you’ve never done it before. Above expectations and the view was incredible!

Great experience that lived up to my expectations. The Onsen staff, were so helpful and welcoming. Very well presented facilities throughout the complex. Our tub and bay was clean, the water warm with various options for the jet stream control for bubbles, lovely shower and towels available. Great choice of snacks and drinks to chose from. Stunning views of the Shotover River and we were spoilt by fresh snowfall on the surrounding mountains. Loved that the Onsen lived up to our expectations! Ataahua, beautiful!

As honeymooners we find Onsen a special treat. The experience is exactly as described. If booking in the summer, don't bother shelling out more money for the twilight session because the sun sets so late and the last booking is 8pm so you won't see the stars like the promo photos. Happy with my decision. The deal is pretty sweet and I would recommend bookme for future activities.

This was our second visit to Onset and it didn't disappoint. Try and time your visit with the sunset for some seriously amazing colours reflecting on the snow capped mountains in front of you. We added the $25 indulge package to our soak which included bubbles, trad ion a lot New Zealand ice cream, water, towels and an oil burner which smelt incredible. My only whinge and this is really going on a Kim would be sharing the small piccolo of bubbles.. one each would be ideal but that's just me being greedy! We'll be back.
