Kerry said... I didn't see an email (although the operator had sent over early morning) stating that unfortunately our tour was cancelled. They were really apologetic and offered to accommodate our family on a different day however that was not possible but they were very prompt at contacting bookme.co.nz to get a refund issued to us. As we were already on the ferry across to Russell we spent a couple of hours there which is beautiful and hopefully on a future visit we can get on this trip.
