  • Weight restrictions apply - please advise weight of individual passengers as you proceed through check out. Passengers that weigh more than 115kg (254lb ) may be required to purchase a second seat to ensure the comfort of all passengers. Overall weight limits also apply to the helicopter which varies depending on the number of passengers and duration of the flight. Please contact us if you have any questions about your particular scenario..

Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

  • Flights are weather dependent and at the pilot's discretion.

    Minimum numbers apply - flights confirmed with 4 passengers, smaller bookings may be waitlisted to confirm.

    We offer free parking outside our departure lounge at the Cromwell Racecourse Airfield - plenty of space for campervans.

    Public transport options include Ritchies Transport (who will drop off at our base on request) and InterCity buses.

    Cancellation fees may apply if bookings are cancelled less than 24 hours before departure.

    MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS

    Infant/toddlers (age 0-3yrs) may travel on an adult's lap for an additional $75 (maximum 2 per flight). Please add this information as you proceed through checkout. Children over 4 years old require their own seat by law.

    Location: Cromwell Racecourse Airfield, 24 Ord Road, Cromwell, Approx 45min drive from Queenstown and Wanaka.
