Totally Trust the Chef
We thought Fan Tan was short for Fantastic as our experience was fantastic. After being shown to our seat we experienced attentive table service and enjoyed 8 different dishes from the tasting menu. The pork belly,dumplings and chilli prawns were my husbands favourite, while I loved the aubergine delights and the very delicious curry with light as feather poppadums. Totally recommend the Trust the Chef Tasting Menu at Fan Tan Wanaka. Sandra and John Armstrong

Met by friendly staff. Food came quickly. Excellent way to enjoy many different styles and tastes. Food was amazing. Would do again no question

Exceptional dining experience
We had a wonderful evening at Fan Tan. Everything was exceptional from the welcome, the staff, the food and the general atmosphere. We had the chefs choice and we’d highly recommend this option to everyone; it was so delicious it was like I was in heaven with my beautiful friend! Thank you!!!
