sandra armstrong said... We thought Fan Tan was short for Fantastic as our experience was fantastic. After being shown to our seat we experienced attentive table service and enjoyed 8 different dishes from the tasting menu. The pork belly,dumplings and chilli prawns were my husbands favourite, while I loved the aubergine delights and the very delicious curry with light as feather poppadums. Totally recommend the Trust the Chef Tasting Menu at Fan Tan Wanaka. Sandra and John Armstrong
