Rather then get them on the bus and get going we spent 15 minutes waiting for confirmation (their booking was correct it was wine hopper that didn’t have the details) this in turn caused a delay to the arrival at our first place resulting in a much shorter stay. On boarding we were given a list of vineyards where nearly all of them had to be pre booked or are closed due to Covid 19. This should have been sent out in advance so we could have made better arrangements. Once the morning got going the bus service was seamless And the driver very polite. Just need to sharpen there communication and this would have been a great experience.
