We were taken by bus from the city center to the location where we were given wetsuits and a helmet and then walked down to our kick-off spot. I'm not a very confident swimmer which I informed our guide about, and he took care to ensure that I didn't feel unsafe at any point during the trip. Paddling the raft does require quite some strength! We didn't get to experience the cliff jump, unfortunately, as it was high tide. We were allowed to swim in the river, though and had a lot of fun while at it. Pictures are not taken during the rafting experience, some parts are video recorded by your raft lead but the video can be quite pricey.
