Sunday Chilling
I love these thermal pools...especially on lazy sunday afternoons with a group of friends. The pools are often very busy but maintained well and always clean. Highly recommend.

Wairakei Terraces
Hot springs pools were beautiful, scenic, among a green lush garden setting. A graded heat for each pool. Staff at reception exceptional, and friendly despite being very busy. The change room was small and a bit crowded but clean..the only downside was just one shower. Otherwise, great place to relax and soak for as long as you like. No time limit. Good value for money.

The best thermal activity!
The hot pools are nice - peaceful and clean facilities but the thing that took our breath away was the thermal activity on the walk - beautiful setting though the bush, informative placards and erupting geyser was awesome!

Wonderful spot!
Wonderful spot to enjoy the thermal pools in the Taupo area. Book online for a discount. Adults only, which was a plus after visiting a family oriented spot the day before.
