Beautiful spot!
Such a beautiful spot! We enjoyed our time at the pools! Also Thanks to the wonderful manager, had a muck up with our booking and she helped resolve it quickly. ☺️

Thermal pools
We have been here quite a few times now and really enjoy the pools coming from Hamilton to Taupo for this. Pretty relaxing. For me the only thing I don't like is there are not enough changing cubicles in the ladies change room.... as an older person, we don't all like changing in front of strangers

Such a beautiful experience!
We loved our visit to the hot pools. The walk to explore was beautiful and really interesting; so good to see all the native trees, hot spring up close, and the Maori village. The actual soak in the springs is pure magic; all three of us felt the healing power of the springs and the relaxation of the warm water. Treat yourself and go for a soak and exploratory walk!

Wonderful Thermal Pools
These pools are beautiful. There are 3 pools of different temperatures. They are surrounded by trees and foliage, and huge rocks. The hottest pool has hot water running over a terrace into it. Another pool has water falling down huge rocks. It is very calming soaking in the pool listening to the water fall, especially when there are not many people there. But at least there are no children running and yelling! I loved my time there. The staff are helpful and friendly.
