Serene & Relaxing Hot Pools Experience
A fantastic and serene experience. Multiple pools at different temperatures let everyone find their perfect heat. The natural setting is stunning—soft lighting, steam rising from the water, and lush greenery create a magical atmosphere. Adults-only is a big plus for quiet relaxation. We even had great chats with friendly locals. An unforgettable, peaceful soak and a must-visit when in Taupō.

Pools great, rest average
Pools area really nice but reception and changing rooms not great when large groups arrive at the same time as areas all packed. Having lockers in men’s or women’s a pain for couples to use one for all gear. If those areas were made bigger it would be 5 star.
