Unique Experience
Absolutely enjoyed our experience at Wairakei Thermal Hot Pools Staff were welcoming and helpful - facilities were extremely well maintained, thoughtfully designed - a pleasure to spend time in such a well presented relaxing environment. A credit to everyone involved We have been telling everyone how great it is

A great place to relax
Wairekei Terraces is a beautiful place and the pools are so comforting. With the native bush and birdsong it is very refreshing. Our second visit now and we will be back for more.

Pools fantastic. Service not so good
Second time going. First time was 10/10. Pools fantastic as per last time. Very disappointed that no robes were available to hire and we heard a story about why the washing pile was so big. Fortunately managed to get the last 3 towels and they were all frayed and felt old. This time the changing rooms also felt less clean.
