Ditty said... It was a terrible experience for me and my friends. We were treated very badly by the staff named Jack. We were excited and had hoping for a fun and safe experience but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the staff's behavior. The guide seemed disinterested or not happy seeing our group and we were met with sarcasm or ignored. The unprofessional behavior from the staff made the trip stressful instead of enjoyable. I was visiting from overseas and it was my first ever activity in New Zealand but I was very disappointed.
