Having heard about this rafting trip and the fact that it goes down a very high waterfall, we decided to have a go during our recent trip to NZ. Initially I was very nervous about the fact that it is advertised as Grade Five, however the lady who greeted us (Eden) was very reassuring, explaining that it is only the waterfall that is classed as Grade Five and the rest of the trip Grade 3. Our guide, Dan, was so funny and great at explaining what to do. I also think he realised I was nervous and was so kind, without being obvious about it. I am so pleased that we chose to do this trip as it was great fun, all the staff where super friendly and highly professional and the photographs that we purchased were amazing. It was such a brilliant end to our holiday in NZ. Thank you all so much.
