Staff is helpfull but be aware there is no lifeguard. There is a rug on the ground marking the path connecting pools but this becomes amazingly cold in the winter. In wintertime bring your thongs/flipflops. Once you’re out of the pool there are no heaters at all so be prepared to be cold instantly. During wintertime I wouldn’t recommend because of this. We expected to come out of the hot pool feeling nice and warm, instead we arrived at the carpark really cold to the bone.
