Kendle said... I phoned before making my booking and was told everything was included in the price. When I got there I was asked to pay extra if I wanted to go on the slides. The private pools were not in use and the cold pool was drained of water. None of this was told me over the phone when I questioned these facilities. Overall bad experience.
