diahanns said... We visited the waterpark at Taupō DeBretts Hot Springs over the weekend and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible. I had my elderly mum with me, and they went above and beyond to help make our visit comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed us to bring our vehicle right down to reception, which made things so much easier for Mum. When it was time to leave, they also provided a wheelchair to help get her back up to the car. Their kindness and willingness to assist really stood out and made us feel so well looked after. The facilities themselves were fantastic. Everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the day. The mineral pools were beautiful and incredibly relaxing — the perfect place to unwind. My daughter absolutely loved the kids’ waterpark. She had so much fun exploring the slides and water features and didn’t want to leave. It was wonderful to see her enjoying herself so much while we could also take some time to relax in the pools. Overall, it was a fantastic day out for our whole family. The combination of friendly, helpful staff, clean and well-kept facilities, and great pools made it a truly memorable experience. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful day. We’ll definitely be back again!
