Paweł said... Such a cool experience. The Sky Waka Gondola takes you up Mount Ruapehu through dramatic, rocky volcanic scenery, and the views at the top are huge. You can see for miles across the landscape. It feels very remote, raw, and totally different from anywhere else. Definitely worth doing when you’re at Whakapapa in Tongariro National Park.
