It wouldn’t be any pleasure to trek for 2 hours in such a terrible weather and not even mention that there would be no visibility of glacier. Not to mentioned, that it would be the best way to spend the rest of my vacation with flu and fever. I checked with the owner of horses if it’s possible to cancel my slot. The owner refused to cancel and still refuse to provide any refund. They don't care about customer experience from the ride, just about money.
