Eating from a bowl is comforting and informal. The focus is on the food and your connection with it. We are taking this a step further in making our bowls “nourishing”.

Bowl recipes you will learn are:

Buckwheat Kasha Bowl - soul food from humble home kitchens in Russia.

Ramen Wonder - a healthy noodle soup that is a perfect winter companion.

Mezze Bowl - we combine hot and cold Mezze with recipes from Souk to Palace kitchens. .

Pumpkin Spice Gluten Free Friand - heady aromas of the ever-popular Starbucks PSL (pumpkin spice latte) in a spongy cake, served with a hazelnut-burnt orange syrup.
