El Sizzling Chorizo, a Ponsonby staple since 2012, brings Argentina's heart to Auckland!

Recreating the relaxed, smoky barbeque (or asado) experience, drawing patrons with its authentic, charcoal and wood-fired flavours. Expect to try classic Argentine dishes such as steaks and empanadas, all infused with the smoky and rich flavours from the firewood grilling.

The experience is more than just enjoying a feast of meats; It's about celebrating life with great companionship, drinking a good 'red', and savouring the meal that has been grilled to perfection during a slow-grilling process. As all good things in life take time, and deserve to be relished.
