Thumbs up to Terry the guide/driver; cannot guarantee they're all the same but he was knowledgeable and nice. The caves are a good balance of glow worms/caves and incredibly non slippery. Hobbiton is very nice too but best part was the buffet. Kiwi house good to see an actual bird! Overall excellent and totally recommend!
Thanks Chris , Debbie, 'Kid' - our trip wouldn't be better without all of them! Comfy coach , great tour, yummy lunch and snack. Oh ya, not to forget the cute (but can be dangerous)kiwi kiwi bird ? and the stunning caves! Thanks again Chris for dropping us back to the hostel in the rainy day ?
Hi Hui Ying Choo, thank you for your review. We're glad that you enjoyed your trip with Gray Line and the dangerous kiwi!
It's a good all day experience. You get to see some incredible places you can only find in NZ. If you are here, this is a must-do
Hi Ricardo Sanchez, thank you for your review. We're glad that you enjoyed your trip.
This is an amazing trip. Hobbiton was so much more than we expected. Nicola was our guide and had a fantastic knowledge of the Hobbit trilogy and the LOTR films. The buffet lunch in Hobbiton was plentiful and with a great selection of foods (savoury and sweet). The glow worm cave networks are fantastic and enormous - our guides Russ and Beth were excellent. For the final part of our trip we visited the Otorohanga Kiwi House and Native Bird Park and were thrilled to see the Kiwi's defend their territory against the 'intruder' (park keeper) at feeding time. So funny to watch. There is a great variety of other native birds too. All in all a very enjoyable trip. Well worth a visit :)
Hi Sonia, thank you for taking your time to write this great review! We're glad that you enjoyed your trip. Kind regards. Jason.

LOVE IT!
Throw the beginning of the tour the bus driver Chris that picked us up was just AWESOME! He was so informative and so nice and patient. It made the experience way better. The hobbiton tour was super pretty. Everything was just perfect from the weather, the workers, the tour itself
