La Maree

La Maree

La Maree

Helmed by a multiple-starred Culinary Designer, Chef Martin Kindlysides, La Marée is a quintessential spot to delight yourself in sustainably sourced dishes looking over the maritime waters.

Unmistakable style: simple yet elegant. Underpinned by respect for technique quality local ingredients and sustainability, the menu is a balance of textures and flavours with an undercurrent of French chic. Our culinary design is a celebration of New Zealand's seafood and quality cuts from family farms.

The nostalgia of Paris meets Auckland. Our cuisine is classic yet unexpected. We connect our guests to quality seasonal food that is sourced ethically and locally. La Marée translates to 'the tide' representing the restaurant's harbourside locale. The natural ebbing and flowing of the waters mirror the seasonality of the produce used to create our menu.
