As provider, I just wish to reply you for your concern and let other think plus make decision. We have clearly indicated on our website plus on our deal provider website what is involved in this experience, what need to be brought for this experience, indication plus contraindication for choosing this experience, what should be done or not done when chose this experience and when you visit on date / time of appointment we recap to avoid any issues. If you had any query or were unhappy of your expectation as advertised then simply could have call to verify what exactly was to expect and after having clear understanding if this experience did not served your purpose then would not have booked this experience. If you recall in your scenario you kept on asking about shower when we were doing briefing and you were explained in several instant that we don’t recommend to have shower and plus we don’t provide shower facility for client booked for this experience. For your clarification, we do have shower facility in our centre but it is only for only selected service client. For service, you had chosen we suggest no shower for few hours and to bring towel plus spare innerwear so that you can use for your need plus make you completely dry after Vibrosaun session. Fans are in built in device’s speaker if you recall we had demonstrated how to use for your need, if you did not use then that is your fault. We strictly follow health, safety and hygiene issues as not only as we are currently under COVID but also from very beginning since we have been operating plus will maintain this for many reason for our devices plus premises. For personal care, we have hand-washing soap, sanitizer everywhere in our premises, we clean and maintain our premises as per need, on same issues that is reason after each guest we clean / wipe Vibrosaun bed with disinfections spray. For your kind information our place is not dirty or dusty what you saw around are salt particles on reception area of Salt Cave or stairs or other places which client bring along when they have completed session in Salt Cave and these are taken care after all clients are done for day. Most of time used foot cover and hairnet are taken by clients for their personal need or disposed in bin, I do not think so you were given one from bin but given from draw so please recall scenario of your visit. My friendly advice before you put criticism to anyone please be honest and also put what you asked plus what you were suggested by facilitator, and for future if you have any query call to clear you thoughts then only book which will avoid all this type of issue. At least you could write phrase “It would be good experience if the place was cleaner.” that might be reason you were happy when you came out of your sessions. We have clearly indicated on our website plus on our deal provider website (in this instant Bookme) that client need to provide needful information for visiting us “As per booking formalities could you please provide details for each person visiting as listed below: Full name, DOB, gender, mobile number, email address, address, medical & allergy history details, list of medications if taking any.” On same note once booking is made from Bookme client plus provider gets text / email confirmation and in confirmation email of Bookme it states: “Please review your clients booking details below and ensure that everything is okay, their contact details are included should you need to contact them for any reason. The client has agreed to Bookme Terms & Conditions and received a booking confirmation including your contact details. As good general practice it is recommended that you email the client directly to double confirm this booking. This is also a good opportunity to provide any additional information that may be useful specific to this booking. In the event of your canceling or double booking you must contact the client without delay to reschedule. Where you the Operator cancel or there is a double booking and the customer can't be re-scheduled you must notify Bookme without delay so that a full refund may be issued.” As in your case you had made booking at Sun, Jan 31, 10:15 AM for Sun, Jan 31, 01:00 PM to avoid any issues at Sun, Jan 31, 10:30 AM I send you email as confirmation plus requesting to provide information as need. As there was no response from your end for my email call was made as there was no response voice message and text was sent, then you called back and provided information in email, as some information was missing anther call was made and information was collected. So in your condition 2 email (1 to provide information and 1 to confirm your booking), 1 text (as there was no luck with call text was send to contact urgently for reply of email for booking) and 3 outgoing call were made (1 to get hold of you to provide information as there was no reply of email, 2 attempt was to retry as no response of first call so had left voice message than text was send, 3 to ask about missing information which was obtain when we talked over phone). Reason to say to be on time or just before booked time to avoid any issues or delay for next booked client – which I assume is also normal practice that was reason you were told over phone conversation and it is also mentioned on our website and deal provider website. This is normal practice and we been doing since we have been operating plus, we have indicated on our website and our deal provider website, I assume each business has its own guidelines to follow - so client visiting to us are booked in advance to run smoothly to avoid any last-minute issues. About your concern for Vibrosaun device it is made as manufacture has made, we strictly follow health and safety guideline, so bed is been taken care and wiped with disinfection solution after used. Reason to ask people to come with own stuff like towel is for personal hygiene, we used to put disposable paper towel for Vibrosaun in past as there were lots of suggestion from client, we change to this policy to bring own towel for your need using Vibrosaun. Putting something extra on top of Vibrosaun is not recommended or advice, so we do not put any plastic covering as you have said. These Vibrosaun machine are maintain as need like any other therapeutic device and they are not outdated, cost wise it is quite expensive so we will definitely make sure it is kept to its standards. Good to hear that at least you could write phrase “Salt cave was good and relaxing at the end” that might be reason you were happy when you came out of your sessions. Anyways I leave other to decide and make needful decision for such scenario. Our pleasure to have you as our guest.
