Fun Family experience

Had an amazing day with the family at rocket ropes. Staff were really great and the experience itself was awesome. Really challenging for both kids and parents. Would highly recommend and would do it again.

Very cool family activity

Staff were friendly and instructors were a vibe too! Thanks for an awesome experience. The croc course is challenging- the higher levels, but good for like older kids and adults (or kids that just are really adventurous). I enjoyed my time. The rockateers course was good for my girl and probably only took her 30-45 mins. You could go around again but we were happy to just use the Zipline a few times before calling it a day. Solid rocket ropes! Thank you.

ROCKET ROPES AUCKLAND

It was our first time going to Rocket Ropes and we had an awesome time! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Croc Tower was awesome! We had various age groups from 8-40's and each one of use had a great time. Would definitely recommend, and we'll definitely be keen to go again.

Ok

The kids had a good day at Rocket Ropes as it was something new & different to do. Unfortunately the ropes are really low so if your a teenager or adult doing it you have to hunch down all of the way which gives you a very sore back at the end of the day. Also the ropes aren't tight enough which makes it quite hard, even the kids struggled abit. I feel they put too many people on at once & you're having to continously wait after each activity you do for the other people to move along to the next. The big zip line at the end which we were all looking forward too was open for half the people that went then closed for the other half (it said because of bad weather) which was weird cause it was a hot day & wasn't windy at all. So the kids were pretty dissapointed they didn't get to finish it off with that at the end. Was a cool experience overall & the staff were very friendly but quite overpriced in my opinion, I probably wouldn't come back again.

From Rocket Ropes - Aerial Activities

Hi Shannon, thank you for your feedback, we are so pleased your kids had a great time at Rocket Ropes! The course is a bit lower during level 1 but does get a lot higher as your progress through the course, this never tends to be a huge issue. We want to assure you that all our ropes are checked thoroughly each morning to ensure they are tight enough for climbers. Unfortunately, the weather can sometimes affect the course and we noticed over the weekend the wind was causing several climbers to get stuck on the final zipline which was why we decided to close it. We only ever do this if we really must, and we are sorry your kids missed out on this part. We really appreciate your positive feedback about our staff and are so pleased your kids still enjoyed their time at Rocket Ropes 😊
