Our driver and tour leader so helpful
driver was talking on phone 4-5 times even during guiding. (he did not try to make the call in short) didn't arrange 2 activities, trying to being nice to ask where others want to go, but they are all travelers how can they know. 6 -7 hours driving for one spot te puia, you may think about it. or do being aggressive to ask driver/guide to take you where you want to go and let other people following you. good thing is guide don't talk much, you can sleep at least 5 hours during trip
Wonderful tour - we are pretty big travelers so not easily impressed... the whole tour was arranged wonderfully, from the door to door hotel pickup, the snacks and water bottles, and the strategic stops exactly when you need them for food and bathrooms. Louise is INCREDIBLE and so lovely. Five million stars would not be enough for her. She's super chill, totally focused and in control, very informed and so much fun to be around. The tour includes exactly the right amount of talking vs quiet contemplation on the bus - just a little info on a few sights every now and then on the way but mostly lets you take in the countryside in peace. At Rotorua she is an expert on the sites and various aspects and history on the park, takes care of everything and makes you feel completely at ease. You're given enough time to wander and explore, within a set schedule that seems to end just when you started thinking about getting back to your hotel bed. Buffet there was absolutely wonderful also - and I'm a pescatarian.

Enjoyed day at Rotorua
Had a good time at Rotorua and enjoyed the day but thought trip was quite pricey.
