Incredible views

We absolutely loved our time up the sky tower taking in the incredible 360° views of Tāmaki Makaurau. I took off 1 star because of how rushed we felt. Probably wouldn't go after 5pm again to avoid this or is there a time limit on every booking? In any case it was a great experience!

Sky tower

They said they verified the parking but it didn’t work, so make sure you take your wallet as everything is pretty expensive. But we really enjoyed and appreciated the chance to do something we wouldn’t normally do.

Sky tower cafe

Very unfair charges from the Cafe for buying ice cream 4 single cones and one double which supposed to cost us $31.50 Was charged 39.50 When I asked the staff serving said it's public holiday we charge extra I wouldn't mind if it was display on pricing Board which wasn't

Terrible service

I booked two tickets for my partner's birthday. And on the tickets, the entry time is 5:30pm. We arrived at the entry at exactly 5:30pm, saw the "closed" notice on the table and the area barricaded. We talked to a person there who directed us to another lady at the counter behind all those barricades. The lady there said we should have arrived 5 minutes earlier, even though nowhere on the tickets did they say that, and even as she was saying that, the screen above her said the last entry time was 5:30pm which was the time we arrived. Not to mention we had to drive for 30 minutes to get there and pay for parking.
