We paid our money to go to snow planet, good money in fact, and all we did is wait in line while others cut in front. I’ve skied plenty of times and don’t have a problem waiting, but here at snow planet they have a ridiculous system of the snow academy cutting to the front of the line. When 70% of the customers are snow academy and they are having two turns on the lift to my one, makes it very unappealing as a paying customer. Snow planet you have shown disappointing management systems and will be very lucky to see me or any of my friends at your facility again.
