We thoroughly enjoyed the Railcruising adventure through the Dansey conservation area. Despite a little light rain the journey was fascinating and made all the more special by the onboard commentary and steamy jungle atmosphere. The experience could be improved by offering merchandise and a video history of the line prior to the cessation of service by NZ Railways

The gourmet avocado tour was excellent - no other words for it. Tim was a fantastic host & tour guide - imparting so much knowledge about the avocado growing process. And the tasting was awesome - go hungry as there is so much to taste. I whole heartedly recommend this to anyone with any interest in avocados.

Great Experience.. it’s already a journey before the hobbiton journey even started in Alexandrea Farm.. We were really entertained with the stories from Andre in almost all the landmarks along the way.. thumbs up to Andre and we will definitely try to find him again whenever we’re back in Auckland

It was truly magical. Grant, our driver, was very nice and shared a lot of info about New Zealand and Hobbiton. He also helped me to take some photos. Our movie set guide Josh was very nice as well and also took a photo of me as well as other lovely people taking the tour with me. Overall it was an amazing tour and I would recommend it to everyone. The entire movie set has such lovely atmosphere and the hobbit holes (houses) are so adorable and beautifully done. I would just appreciate to have more time to just wander around because I take very long to take photos and videos and I was at the end of our group most of the time and probably missed some info Josh was sharing. But I understand that there are a lot of people coming to this place so we can’t really spend half of the day there. Josh never rushed us so it was up to us to catch up with the group or stay behind a few times to take amazing shots and admire the houses a little bit longer.

Great time with great people. I had a good time in these trip, and visiting hobbiton is my dreams come true moment. Definitely will recommend this trip to whoever looking for a day trip

This day tour was one of the best day in my New Zealand trip! Hobbiton and glowworm cave were both really awesome and unforgettable experiences. Our guide was really fun and nice. Definately worth of the money!

Cheap n the tour guide really did good job. His voice is like an announcer. And explained the history all the time Glowworm cave was so amazing. I really had good experience. Thank u!

We - a group of seven people plus our tour guide Kreig - had gone to Hobbiton last April 10, and despite the rainy weather, I have no regrets. Definitely worth the price because the whole experience, from pick up to drop off, was very personalised. Kreig, our tour guide, was a very enthusiastic, friendly and approachable guy who shared a lot of his knowledge. There were some snacks, refreshments and entertainment in the van that we used. Hobbiton itself looked spectacular whatever weather it is, I assure you. Glad we didn’t cancel our bookings at the last minute. Totally recommend Cheeky Kiwi Travel And its team! Thanks for the experience, you guys!

I had a perfect day, from start to finish. I loved the drivers commentary, he (Allan I think) was very knowledgeable about basically everything and kept me entertained during the bus ride. Hobbiton was amazing and the lunch was very yummy. Waitomo Caves was amazing too! All in all, don't think twice about going on this tour, just do it! You will be happy you did!

It was amazing the cheeky kiwi travel is awesome with the help of our tour guide named Lance. He is very kind and approachable and best of all he is very knowledgeable about everything in New Zealand.

Wow what an amazing trip, a couple of extra surprises were thrown in too. We would highly recommend this tour.

가는 길도 예쁘고 구경하는 재미가 쏠쏠함 양이며 말이며 소며... 도착할때까지 가이드가 쉬지않고 가이딩 하는데 조금 말을 줄이셔도 될듯... 날씨가 정말 중요함 호빗튼은 막찍어도 그림같고 영화속에 들어와있는것같고 와이토모도 신비하고 재밌는 경험이었음. 다만 모두 영어가이드라 견문의 차이는 있을듯 호빗튼과 와이토모에서도 자체 투어가이드가 있고 모두 친절하고 전문적이었다. 특히 와이토모 마오리 가이드 (남자) 노래도 불러줬는데 인상깊었다. 평일이고 한국인은 나뿐이라 조금 외로웠지만ㅋㅋ 추천!
