alihep said... The Whakarewarewa guided tour was fantastic. We had a wonderful guide who gave us a real insight into what it was like living and being brought up in a Maori village. She explained everything clearly and with passion and as we walked around pointed out many things of interest. The method of cooking dinner was a real insight as was the hot pools and social aspects of the village. A great experience, I would certainly recommend going.
