Awesome, top adventure. Great Pilot. Great bucket list experience.

We schedule was on time. The pilot Blair showed and discussed us the sceneries along our flight, and on our way back we flew to a different route. It was really an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend True South Flight going to Milford Sound rather than long drive. It is one of a kind.

Certainly a must while you in New Zealand. I am a local but still fascinated from the beautiful world we are surrounded and we should appreciate every minute of it. Truesouthflights made this day magical for us. Keep up the good adventures Toddy & Peg

I traveled with a person in a wheelchair and I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The trip itself was an amazing spectacle. 110% worth the money, this has been the highlight of my trip to Queenstown so far.

Whilst Milford Sound in its own right is a place of majestic beauty and grandiosity, the flight from Queenstown to Milford with True South Flight, was a real gem! So much beauty seen, so much interesting and valuabke information given by our friendly and professional pilote, Kevin (?). More than worth its price!

Small group works for us just fine. We had great weather. Sacha was really nice and we had plenty of stops along the way. The buffet was nice, Cruise a little crowded... saw seals and dolphins too!

We were unsure whether to drive to Milford or spend the money to fly & I'm so glad we chose the latter. The welcome & subtle weigh in was great, staff were all very friendly. The only thing needed before take off was possibly a 2nd toilet...took a while to queue for the facilities! The flight itself was amazing. We had a beautiful day for it, sunshine & clear skies. Our pilot, Karl was awesome pointing out the sights during the 40 min flight over the mountains & lakes. If anyone is thinking of doing this then please do...its an experience you wont forget!!

We had great weather--not a cloud in the sky--and our guide Tobias was wonderful. We kayaked around 15km over 4 hours and enjoyed the peaceful beauty of Milford Sound. All gear is provided, just make sure to take insect repellent and a bag lunch/snacks.

My family enjoyed a terrific day on Milford sound. The coach trip and stops were also terrific.

The cruise was a very special experience. We had a lot of rain during our cruise and didn’t see that much of the mountains, but the amount of waterfalls we saw beause of the rain was amazing!! The clouds in combination with the rain and the mist made it a mystic place for us. An unforgettable experience!

Wonderful coach and cruise to Milford Sound. The coach driver was very knowledgeable giving good insights. A smooth drive from Queenstown to Milford Sound. A few things could be improved to have a similar experience to guests- the rooftop glass window doesn't cover all, which is understandable considering other necessities, but could relook at how this can be made better; fantastic lunch but not enough tables especially with non Southern Discoveries booking the table for their clients; and finally just 3 stops for journey which has 15 scenic stops is pretty low. Overall still an enjoyable trip.

If weather is clear it will take your breath away. We were lucky enough to experience this cruise during clear & calm weather. Choose your timing wisely because cloud cover or wind will totally change this experience. That said, the drive to the bay was well worth the entire trip alone. The mountains and landscape is beautiful!

Loved it. We had a spectacular day. Took the 3:15pm trip. Less people on board which made it much more comfortable. Scenery was spectacular. Worth every cent.

Although it was raining, Milford Sound put on a spectacular display, with more waterfalls than we could count. We braved the Sharplin falls on the front of the boat, got thoroughly soaked but it was worth it! This was an excellent day to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the trip, and the staff were very friendly and full of local knowledge.

An unforgettable Milford Sound Nature Cruise experience! From start to finish everything was well organised, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Cruising so close to towering waterfalls, sheer cliffs, and wildlife made it truly special. The crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and shared great insights throughout the journey. The boat was comfortable with plenty of viewing space, making it easy to enjoy the views even on a rainy day. A must-do South Island experience highly recommend booking this cruise.

We stayed in Te Annau, to just have a 2 hour drive to Milford. Southern discovery's cat wasn't full with plenty of room on all decks. We'd booked the buffet lunch on the 11:15 departure, but on check in we're offered the VIP upgrade for $30 each. What a great deal, Molly, our hostess, boarded us 10 mins before general boarding, and immediately served us Coffee (or beer/wine) before offering us our choice of starters, then choice of 3 main courses. We chose braised beef and fish. Our private room and flying bridge accommodated c.20, we were the only 2 vips that trip and had Molly's personal commentary and attention the whole trip. The cruise was spectacular made special by Molly. Top tips - go early to beat the crowds, when we disembarked there were 19 coaches and many mini-buses. None when we arrived. Early arrivals find free parking easily, the woodland walk is very pleasant. If vip, eat early to have more time on deck. Go early to have relaxing return drive. Go VIP, fabulous! We called it right this trip.

From seeing dolphins to seals to penguins, it was just amazing!!! Definitely a breath taking moment!!!

A magical place one of the best experiences of my life. The landscape is unbelievable and the most waterfalls I have ever seen. The cruise was great getting so close to a waterfall that you get wet was the best. A must see for everyone.

Fantastic day to be out there. Calm waters topped with sunlight. Never a dull moment thoughout. Nice and friendly crew on the vessel too.

Skipper was great, gave lots of interesting facts about the area and landscape. Weather was perfect and we saw a couple of dolphins and seals

Had an amazing boat cruise on an overcast afternoon. It was beautiful and mystical. We were running late due to the road closing while the snow was cleared and the boat thankfully waited for us. The staff on the boat were awesome! Would definitely do this cruise again!!

Great experience

Stunning and beautiful cruise full of waterfalls and nature! We took the 10:30am tour before the tour buses arrived and it was much less crowded. We’ve never laughed more than when we got our glacial facials!

This is very nice experience. But you need to drive a long way to get to the Cruise first. The weather might be a big factor, too. Cheers Enjoy

Great value for whanau wanting to see the sights and sounds of Milford Sounds. Friendly and welcoming staff. The MC provided lighthearted, funny and entertaining onboard commentary. Very nice selection of food and drinks.

Milford Sound is a beautiful place. We were blessed with a great day there. It was raining at first, but then it cleared and we were left with nonstop waterfalls and beautiful views. Amazing, breathtaking place. And the drive there was just as good!

Loved the beautiful drive to Milford Sound but then the cruise.. OMG AMAZING!! Crew were very friendly; and the scenery was surreal - This is definitely Gods Land.
