Informative, interesting good value

I had the most amazing experience, I recommend this place to everyone. Food was 10 out of 10, as well as the service. All meals were delicious and beautifully served.

Although a bit quite place then usual restaurants. But the food was great and very big portions. We ordered Sea food Laksa and Mee goreng with chicken for Mains and Chicken karage for starters. Everything was yummy.

Th Restaurant was beautiful with nice atmosphere. We ordered several dishes from the entrée, main and desserts. They were all very tasty and good portions. My favourites were the chicken supreme and eton mess. The service staff very very friendly.

It was a day trip and in a relaxed manner not in a hush hudh of watching all locations. Very nicely designed to take care of comfort of tourists while covering prominent locations. Our driver was Kelly and has a immense knowledge about the place whih helpwd us. Would surely recommend for everyone

Me and 3 friends did the escape room „The Tavern“ at escapade in Auckland. For my partner and me it was the first time my friends had more escape room experience. We all found the set up rather simple. Once we where in and the background story was told there was no further connection to the story in the riddles. There interior of the room was rather simple too. I would have wished for more details. All in all it was a fun experience though and it took us 50 min to solve all the riddles.

Loved it , it covered all major landmarks of Auckland , will recommend highly to all people who want to cover Auckland’s major attraction in a single day. The driver and ticket collectors were awesome and responsive.

Hello cheeky kiwi team, this one’s a bit late coz we we were busy for the wedding. What can I say, it was an amazing experience for us,my wife and i had this tour with kreig last 17October, not only it was amazing for the beautiful scenery of both hobbiton and geothermal site but kreig was the best tour guide ever! Where can u find a tour guide that knows a lot, only with cheeky kiwi and only kreig. He’s the best, I hope anyone reading this please go book your tours with cheeky kiwi and ask for kreig, he’s the best really he’s the best, never a dull moment. We learned a lot, be it onboard on the road while he’s driving or while on foot on our tour, about everything you need to know maori, NZ, geothermal stuff even about whittakers ? i think we felt we are Kiwi’s already at the end of the day having known all these great information Kreig told us ? thank you Kreig, thank you for everything, thankyou for the “seat on the right side in the bus” guide, the perfect picture spot outside the green dragon pub, letting us go to your secret spot, for taking care of us and making sure we’re comfortable. thanku for the wedding gift it means a lot, thank you for the most fun filled day of our NZ vacation. I read a lot of the reviews for this trip and had mixed feelings since it seemed some people really enjoyed it and some really didn’t. We REALLY enjoyed it. If you are looking for a tour with lots of information and guidance along the way, this is probably NOT the tour for you. Our driver Clay was very up front about the fact that he does more driving than talking, but was open to any questions and was extremely friendly. He really was just there to get us where we wanted to go and it was kind of nice to just take in the views of the drive and the peninsula. Each of our stops (Mount Paku, Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach) were primarily self-guided, although Clay did hike with us to the top of Paku to take pictures, and was monumental in helping us dig our hot pools at Hot Water Beach. Everything was BEAUTIFUL and overall, this was an inexpensive way to see another beautiful part of New Zealand without having to make the drive or find our way to the hikes we did on our own. Definitely worth it!

Really great experience and a road trip to the magical Hobitton movie site. Enjoyed it and cross it off the bucket list.

Had an amazing day trip to Cathedral Cove and Hot water beach. Our guide gabriel was very knowledable and took us to these places considering the tide conditions, so that we can make the best of our time at these 2 amazing locations which are the gems of the coromandel peninsula. Definitely recommended

Rachel has been a wonderful tour guide and driver throughout the journey! It is very free and easy, rachel lets us explore the place at our own pace while she waits at the van. The highlight of the tour is the hot water beach where rachel provided us with spades to dig our very own hot water pool and she is also there too give us tips at choosing the perfect spot to start digging our pool. Overall, i highly recommend everyone to sign up for this tour if you are not driving and is staying auckland! Thank you rachel for the awesome tour yesterday! :)

Fantastic start to the day, our tour guide was Rachael - enjoyed the commentary & finally we get to see dolphins.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The guide was very knowledgeable and personable, the sights were even better than what I had imagined... all in all, I am extremely satisfied and would absolutely love to come back.

The actual trip to Coromandel was fantastic as was our guide Mac. The journey was broken up with a couple of stops on the way to hot water beach, be aware that the 'hot water' section gets very busy and you will need a spade to dig a hole (available to rent @$10). Next to cathedral cove. I had read that there is a ferry ($20 each way) you and catch if you don't want to do 30 min hike with 150 steps by the beach, however the ferry wasn't running on my visit as the sea was a bit choppy. Instead I opted for a cathedral cove boat tour (extra cost)which was awesome. Skidding along the top of the water but stopping often for photos our guide/driver was very knowledgeable about where we were and why the rocks & caves got their names. He finished the 16km boat ride with the blow hole (only able to access at high tide so not available on all trips) which was absolutely astounding. There is a long walk on the beach to access the rib for the boat trip. Back to the small coach (21 on our trip not the maximum advised on bookme) for the journey back to Auckland. Well worth the time.

In order to catch the best time and view, Rachel scheduled the pickup time one by one according to the tide. That's really sweet! Rach did tried her best to make sure that everyone was satisfied. We got enough water, snack and clean toilet lol. She not only brought us to the Hot Water Beach but also taught us how to dig a spa. She could always know what we need and give it to us! She's so nice:) p.s. The Cathedral Cove was really breathtaking as those photos!

It was such a nice day with Clay who showed us around throughout the day. The weather was also great and we enjoyed a lot, especially digging hot water in hot water beach. It was a fantastic experience!! Clay is a very funny and thoughtful guide, and very friendly. I really recommend the day tour to everyone.

We did the Raglan Day trip with Clay, our tour guide. He was very warm and we felt comfortable the entire trip. Since we did not partake in any water activity, he added a stop to the Hamilton Gardens on our way back to Auckland. Great experience, highly recommended!

I was born in NZ, but never venture out to the Coromandel, our tour guide Michael was friendly and knowledgeable about the area as we explored the infamous hotspots in the Coromandel. Overall it was a great and memorable day trip, and highly recommend it.
