If I could give this 6 stars I would! Such a beautiful activity from beginning to end. Megan and Adam were excellent hosts who made the trip so enjoyable. We even had canapés and drinks on the early morning cruise and I got to try driving the boat.

An experience that we will always fondly remember. The hospitality and knowledge of the crew are second to none.

I did this tour with my elderly Mum and we both had such a great time. Lots of photo stops along the way, yummy date scones for morning tea and very knowledgeable, entertaining guide. I felt like they really cared about giving their guests good memories. Highly recommend ?

We had an intimate group of 16 tour mates and it was an absolutely wet and cold day. Not surprising as it rains 200 days in Te Anau, however, our thoughtful guide Jonathan has made our trip relatively enjoyable. He made some timing adjustments so that we do not meet groups from Queenstown and thus have a less crowded cruise journey. Umbrellas were provided for the stopovers. Lunch, scones & hot drinks provided was delicious and timely. Throughout the car ride, Jonathan shared many interesting information about Fiordland and answered any questions posted to him with good humour.

Well worth the cost. The lunch was delicious, plenty of stops along the way and of course the views were stunning.

Highly recommend this tour. We had Jamie as our guide and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We stopped at lots of places on the way to Milford and got introduced to Naughty Nigel, the Kea. Morning tea and lunch is very satisfying.

Karlyn was our driver and he was fantastic. His commentary and experience with the area was noticeable and he kept us entertained for the whole 10 hours of the trip. The day was an incredible and one we won’t forget and it will draw us back again.

We had an awesome day. Our guide, Jamie, gave an interesting commentary with snippets of local knowledge added in. He had an obvious interest in the nature and bird life around. Delicious morning tea and lunch were provided in an idealistic picnic setting. I have no hesitation in recommending this tour.

My wife and I recently had a very enjoyable trip from Te Anau to Milford Sounds. Our tour guide, Ray, has a wealth of knowledge about this region. We had frequent photo stops and visits to waterfalls and other places of interest. The scons at morning tea were a treat! We had a great and enjoyable day. By driving to Milford Sounds ourselves we would have missed out a lot. This company can be highly recommended - a must do for anyone wanting to experience a Milfords Sounds road and boat trip.

A really great way to see Milford Sound and surrounds. We had an excellent tour guide with 22 years of experience who knew all the great spots and photo stops with a wealth of local knowledge which was very interesting. The picnic lunch was great with gluten free options offered. The cruise was also spectacular with sightings of seals, a lone penguin and even some dolphins!! A must-do.

We had a great experience and pretty good deal via Bookme. The bus we used is brand new, spacious, and we had a smooth ride which is really handy for a whole day tour. Milford sound tour is a must of you're going to be in this side of New Zealand.

I am really grateful that the tour was set up even there was only 2 guests on the van. That was a beautiful sunny day when we were in Milford Sound, so lucky. The sceneries with waterfalls, mountains, creeks, and the snow left me a deep impression, so as the excellent introduction and guidance given by our tour guide Justine. The cruise started early enough so there was not crowded at all in the ship. Strongly recommended. Thank you!

Awesome transport! Leather seats and very comfortable. we had such a small group too. Our driver was really nice and you could tell that he is passionate. We had plenty of stops and no rush really. The boat was small so it did feel that you are too close to the waterfalls - which was awesome! The commentator on the boat was great as well. It was an awesome experience!

Even though it rained all day so our views were a little limited, it was a wonderful day out with great commentary and sight seeing. The picnic lunch was great also. Highly recommended.

The whole family had an awesome day. The vip tour is the best way to get the most out of your trip. Our Driver Rhys was so knowledgeable and knew the best spots, as well as good timing of the whole trip. If you drove yourself you would miss all of that. Such an awesome day and everything was with ease. We were extremely lucky too.! The weather turned it on for us- raining at the best times and holding off at the right times. The rain brought out all the cascading waterfalls. We even got to get close to some seals and dolphins on the cruise (perks of being on a small cruise), and if you’re game you take a dip under a waterfall on the cruise too. A must do and we all wish we could go back some day soon with VIP Milford

This is a small group tour and the pick up is at where you stayed. The driver and guide is knowledgeable and shared many information. The tour also brought you to some interesting walk along the journey. The buffet food was delicious, abundance of food, sauces. Highly recommended. We enjoyed the tour.

Mark at VIP was an amazing driver and tour guide. Mark took us to a lot of different stops on the way there and back that we would never have done if we had driven ourselves. Mark had an extensive knowledge about Te Anau and Milford Sound and was always approachable. The cruise was amazing and we loved seeing a beautiful part of New Zealand we had not explored before.

The best way to do it!! We had all the stops to our selves as your set off before the influx of Queenstown coaches. great local knowledge and the best stops along the way. Highly recommend.

Small group works for us just fine. We had great weather. Sacha was really nice and we had plenty of stops along the way. The buffet was nice, Cruise a little crowded... saw seals and dolphins too!

What an incredible day, from the moment our driver Mark picked us up from our accommodation till the moment we were dropped back home his friendliness, professionalism and local knowledge was a pleasure to be around. The small tour size allowed for many stops along the way to Milford Sounds, unloading and reloading was a breeeze and not once did we feel we had to wait for the prime spot to take photos or wait in lines to board like you would in a regular coach. Milford Sounds from the boat was incredible but much to our surprise the scenery on the journey there was the even more spectacular. After finishing our day with Milford VIP we knew we had received the best experience Milford Sounds has to offer, I would highly recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful day tour. Comfortable coach arrived on time with our driver Reece who was full of knowledge of the area. He paced the journey beautifully and knew all the photo stops. The cruise through Milford was more than I expected - would love to do it again, saw waterfalls, bottle nose dolphins, fur skin seals and mutton birds. To travel to the Tasman sea down the Fiord. I would rate it 10/5 for the entire trip if I could!

Everything was perfect with this trip from the coach to the cruise, the passengers to the food. Mark, our driver n guide, was one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met. Such a delight to be on this tour!
