Friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service. Tasty food. My only comments if I was being fussy are; a Large sized drink is slightly smaller then I expected. Also, the hash browns in the big breakfast were more like thick hash fingers. In saying that, they were delicious so I was still happy. I recommend the creamy mushrooms.

It was an excellent experience. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. We saw a lot of dolphins, a blue shark, a adorable blue penguin and also some Jesus bird. It was an awesome day.

Our tour was cancelled due to the rough sea condition. Luckily the company arranged me for the tour next day. The sea was still rough, we couldnt get down with the dolphins, but we did see quite a few of them. Would try dolphin swim again if i have a chance to visit NZ again.

Had the most amazing day on the water with Island Explorer Island and Wildlife Cruise. The staff were wonderful and informative and we spent time with dolphins, and leatherback turtles, and sunfish along with seeing penguins and a couple of sharks, well worth the day and will do it again.

It was really fantastic trip for us and we’re pretty lucky to spot the dolphins twice! The crew were really friendly and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our day. It is a highly recommended

Such an amazing experience, the safe were very knowledgeable and located a pod of Dolphins extremely quickly. The entire experience was very respectful to the sea life

What an experience!! From the greeting I was blown away the 2 ladies that ran the excursion were extremely knowledgeable, fun and interactive - and heck yea to the female skipper!! 💁🏽‍♀️ They managed to find a large pod of dolphins with heaps of new born babies and cruised around with them for ages! I would 100% do this experience!

We loved our ziplining adventure. Such a beautiful place to do it and our guides Ellie and Ethan were just fantastic - so knowledgeable and fun and just made the whole experience even better. The photos were an added bonus. Thank you for such a great time.

Had a very good time with these guys! Apart from the ziplining itself and stunning views, we got to learn a lot about the forest itself as well as native birds and got some insights into the Māori culture. I felt safe at all times and absolutely loved the fact that each of us could plant a tree too! Thanks for a great time! Definitely recommend this to anyone keen!

Our Zipline experience (even though it was steadily raining) was nothing past exceptional. Amazing guides (Alina & Oli), made us feel comfortable the whole time & we're lucky enough to get the tour to ourselves (just hubby & I for our 5 year wedding anniversary). Absolutely wicked !

We went to our Rotorua adventure with Rotorua Rafting and they provided a surreal experience. The setting is serene and the forest and the Kaituna river valley looks like out of a movie! Our guide Jure was excellent and helped us do some little stunts safely on the river and guided us well through the rapids and the 7 metre waterfalls was the most spectacular moment! 5 stars all around!

Amazing Experience

Incredible adrenaline-pumping rafting experience going down the beautiful Tutea Falls and unpredictable rapids! It was great that we got the chance to swim the rapids too. Thanks to Matt and the team for a wonderful adventure, including the photographer for capturing the highlights! :)

Mean as trip! Instructors were hella supportive by calming nerves and offering precise instructions but best yet they were hella entertaining *SPOILERS* Kaituna river wise the views were astounding, opportunities to jump off the side, hold on and rip a few rapids outside the raft 007 style. If you flip, the boys keep it professional and keep you safe 100% Chur fellas! Hope to you again!

Words are few to express the joy, happiness and satisfaction of service from the team! The staff is friendly, excited and joyful. They motivate and bring energy. And, yes they capture your best moments while rafting I recommend to look at 'em and take home your pics. This was my 2nd time doing the rafting and the amount of joy I had was great both times. We had an awesome time! Or guide Rob was perfect for us, knew when to have to fun but was also professional and reassuring! We loved the 7m waterfall, went upside down but felt safe the whole time. Photos were amazing too and for only $40! Don’t be put off by the waterfall it’s not that scary!
