Excellent facilities. Service was great. We loved the private spa with the open roof as it was raining. The hot spring pool is very well maintained and it was very quiet for a Saturday lunch soak. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a hot spring spa and soak.

Lovely and peaceful on a Monday morning. Clean and comfortable. No spa jets just soft warm mineral water. Ahhh

Tim Taylor took us to the magical kingdom of glow worms and shared with us his knowledge of the Mclaren Falls Park. We even saw some deer. The group was small and the evening was breathtakingly beautiful. Tim made some nice photos which he shared with us a few days later in high resolution. He is such a great guy full of adventure himself and is ready to share his knowledge of kayaking. Highly recommended to anyone in love with nature and adventure.

The team at Skydive Tauranga were incredible from start to finish! Kitsch was my tandem jumper and Gui was my extra photographer/videographer jumper. As this was my first jump, I was understandably nervous, but the guys played a big part is keeping me cool. They were friendly, funny, professional and yet also laid back. Despite them having done tens of thousands of jumps, I feel like they were still invested in my excitement and anticipation of it being my first jump. I must also mention that in the past, I have been scared of flying. I can honestly say I had zero fear going up in the plane. It's a bit gnarly when the door is opened and you get into position to jump, but I felt safe and cared about the entire time. Not bad for people you've just met. A true testament to the guys. After the jump, my entire video/photo package was edited beautifully and sent to me within about half an hour. It was an incredibly impressive turn around period. For any new jumpers, I HIGHLY recommend paying the extra money and getting the most complete "Inside Out" package. You will not regret it. You will never get your first jump back, so do it. Not to mention the views are breathtakingly beautiful. The high quality of the pictures and video was impressive also; I might even have to get one of my favourite shots blown up onto a canvas or something. Gui and Kitsch, my Cessna pilot, and other team members who heled me upon arrival, THANK YOU SO MUCH for being part of one of the most exciting things I've ever done. Aside from the jump itself, one thing I will always remember about my jump was the smiles on Gui and Kitsch's faces. You guys do this all the time, but for myself and so many others, it was just the first time, and so thank you for not being nonchalant and for being buzzed and excited with me. I would go back to Skydive Tauranga EVERY SINGLE WEEK if I could. Fantastic team, fantastic experience. Annie G July 2022

Unmissable and unforgettable. We had an awesome time with our guide Alex, who was friendly and knowledgeable and really made the experience what it was.

Highly recommended, fun yet safety conscious tour suitable for all ages. Fantastic experience, for my first ever glow worm kayaking evening tour. Out guides Jono and Emile, ran things like clockwork, oozing with professionalism. Clearly both are highly experienced kayakers. There was no waiting around, everything was so well organised that our evening flowed calmly and smoothly without a hiccup. The wine and nibbles set the scene right from the start. I am an experienced kayaker so didn’t need any additional assistance. We had a few in our group who had never kayaked. They were given all the guidance they needed to relax and thoroughly enjoy the misty kayak to and from the glow worm cave. And man, that cave blew my mind!!! Thanks for a fantastic evening and a definite highlight of my North Island holiday.

Had an amazing time. Teenagers were off their phones and laughing and actually interacting with one another. Will absolutely be back!! (Big kids had a blast too)

Love this place as there is something for everyone. We have taken our whole famy a few times, grandparents inuded. We took our 3 year old and she loves to be paddled around in a canoe and there's a cool little slightly warm pool for her and kids of all ages love the slip n slide. There's every thing from canoes, paddle boards, diving boards, swing, blob, trampoline on and off the water, rock climbing wall, paddle boats slip in slide warm pool and plenty of picnic tables and trees to picnic under. 5 stars well worth it. You can have as much fun as you like.

Great food, great place to eat, love the atmosphere. I come from working in hospitality and understand big groups are important and bringing in more money that night. But unfortunately they were all seated after me but got all their drinks before me, settling them was more important which again I understand, my boss would tell me to focus on bigger groups more but yes that let's down smaller tables and we waited about 20 minutes just for two soft drinks.. Due to them taking all drink orders then bringing them their drinks.. Other than that, enjoyed my food and the experience was great, loved the mini junior stone grill. We will definitely be back. Just perhaps when larger groups are booked in, just one extra waiter on, can ensure no customers get a bit left behind.. Thanks :)

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Hubby ordered the Karaage Chicken Burger and said was great and the chicken was real tender. I ordered the pork belly bites and potato pave bites, they were both delicious! (especially the pork belly, had so much flavour) Lots on the menu, so we will be back to try them all. Woman that served us was very friendly.

The moment we arrived, we were welcomed and seated. Ash was a great host, amazing service. Food came out quick and it was delicious. Thank you so much for your great service, we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend. A++

Nice people plus good view

A great day out with the crew got to see so dolphins and even Bruce (Jaws). Great commentary from the skipper about what was going on and where the dolphins where, and Izzy (sorry if i got your name wrong) spotting them. The swell was making it hard to get photos but I got a few good ones. The 4 stars does not mean things where lacking but if everyone gave 5 stars they my slip in the service

We enjoyed our cruise. The timing was just enough, we saw ample dolphins. The cruise itself was smooth sailing, our ‘captain’ was well knowledged, friendly and accomodating. Got to take our own food and drink. Would highly recommend, perfect for all ages and we would definitely consider doing it again Only con would be the toilet room is quite small

This was an absolute amazing and incredible experience. Brandon and Heidi were a super team and made the day great for everyone. We saw a huge pod of Dolphins, and we were so close to the water that we could hear the dolphins talking in the water. My daughter is autistic and they were really good with her. Thank you

The service and commentary was great. I loved listening to NZ history. The boat ride is a little long, a lot of waiting but I can imagine it being difficult having to find wildlife. We saw dolphins and a seal which was beautiful. Thank goodness we took antinausea tabs before the trip because it worked like wonders, highly recommend you doing that too because a few were feeling sea sick. Overall it was a great, thanks for the awesome experience.

Thanks to Bradon and Heidi for making this cruise a memorable experience for the seven of us (despite the small number). I wished I had seen any whale, but the leatherback turtles, blue penguins, and pods of dolphins would make up for that. I highly recommend this activity not only to support local businesses but also for those who would like to experience something new, different, and educational.

Great trip, great staff friendly, knowledgeable. We saw a pod of 80 to 100 dolphins which was fabulous. It was an older bigger boat but made very enjoyable by the staff.
