Great offer for this. Love Mt Ruapehu! Disappointed how the Restaurant offers and is organised. Plenty of helpful staff standing around, but this digital ordering is just not user friendly IMHO.

Super easy from booking tickets through bookme to collecting our passes at the counter. Gondola ride was amazing with views and breakfast at the top cafe. Walk over to Meads Wall was also worth it.

Food was good. The best view for a high tea. Highly recommended 👍🏼

So glad we did this. Incredible views, snowball fights at the top, nice Cafe. The early gondola was the best ... less people overall. Our only disappointment was the Cafe had run out of bubbles to celebrate such a treat.

You never disappoint, the staff are lovely and helpful I bring lots of visitors. Family and friends from the UK.

The gondola / high tea combo was a good value deal for a unique celebration with overseas family (especially the 2pm deal through bookme) . Despite the top of the mountain being completely clouded in (no one can control mountain weather) we really enjoyed the feel of the space and the set up. Staff was attentive, quick to take our drinks order (huge pots of tea to keep you going and a good variety) and quick to deliver our high tea. It was a nice mix of savoury and sweet and everything (except the scones) tasted fresh and delicious. Only room for improvement in my view was the balance of savoury vs sweet and the number of items. Being a party of 4 adults and a child we were served two identical trays, so felt like there wasn't enough items to share for each and every one of us.

Loved the views from the gondola and the high tea was well worth it.

Went up at opening at 10am. Not too busy. Fantastic views. Opportunity for several walks. Charming, friendly operator at the base.

We booked this trip for the early 10am slot. When we arrived we couldn’t go because of high winds although it was a beautiful crisp sunny day. The staff were amazing keeping us informed every half and hour so that we could go. Eventually at 12.30 we could go. It was an amazing experience as always. I take family here when they visit from the UK. The cafe was good too and reasonable for the experience Pumpkin soup for $10.50 and ciabatta bread. The staff were helpful so Thankyou team for another wonderful experience. Xx

Delayed a bit due to high winds. Good communication and once it was opened we got going. Really awesome experience. We did it in March and the mountain looked amazing. Absolutely worth it.
