My partner and I are regular uses of Wairakei. The staff are kind and professional, the facilities are well looked after, the ambiance is amazing (go during the evening on a week night) weekends are incredible packed, however does not detract to much for the beautiful waters of Wairakei. If you are sick or injured head here you will heal.
