If you are near Havelock in the north of the South Island of New Zealand, make sure you take a trip on the Pelorus Mail Boat. You will have a memorable and very enjoyable day.

The commentary was amazing, In fact all the staff were awesome, we didn’t have the most fantastic weather but still had a fantastic day, I would highly recommend this funny yet informative and scenic delight to any and everyone, definitely a glass half full experience, absolutely nothing negative to say

Had a great day aboard the Mail Boat. Stunning scenery, pretty bays visited to deliver the mail to lovely people, and their dogs. The staff were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the farm visit. Sadly not a dolphin to be seen, that would have been the icing on the cake.
One of the best day trips ever

This day was absolutely brilliant. The crew were happy and helpful and full of great stories and information. The day was varied with drop offs, dolphin watching, a good lunch and a walk through native bush. Could not praise the whole experience highly enough
