Based on this my partner & I planned our day & arranged things for her & our daughter to do during the hour of training then they would come watch me fly at 12 noon which was my booked flying time. Unfortunately this didn’t happen at all. I arrived at 10.55am & 25 mins later it was all over by 11.20am. (Training and flying). My partner & daughter completely missed out on seeing it & I am clueless as to why this company stresses the importance of arriving an hour prior to your booking as the training took all of 10 mins, then to have me complete the fly way before my scheduled time ( despite me explaining my partner was coming to watch at 12) this was completely ignored & I was told I was going ‘ now’. Give this a BIG miss, this company needs to get their *^*+ sorted as my experience was completely unacceptable, they need to give customers accurate times AND stick to them. The total time took about 5mins to suit up, approx 10 mins of instruction & about 40 seconds of flying. Soooo not worth the money, & the fact they don’t stick to booked times is not ok.
