Anne Lynette Lee said... The fact you have to book a time is ridiculous, never had to do that with Grab Me . We were traveling 6 hrs that day to get there by our allocated time that we chose. However no one can predict road works and accidents on the way. We were 45 mins late and were charged a late fee of $5. We won’t be booking in this way again.
