alihep said... A visit to the Wairakei terraces was great. There were 4 pools in total and all different temperatures. Very insightful, all the information boards around the grounds/gardens, detailing many native species of trees and shrubs. Despite being man-made, the pools and gardens beside made for a fantastic relaxing afternoon.
