Chim-Choo-Ree in the Brewery Building Anzac Parade, Hamilton is guaranteed to be crowded on almost any night of the week, with people drawn to its quirky charm. It's a small, simply furnished space enhanced by art deco lampshades, a generously proportioned bar, a splashy wall mural and friendly staff. Chim Choo Ree is known for its thoughtful, creative food such as snapper, leek confit, lemon cream pasta, prawn & calamari fish cake, pickled cucumber, seasonal greens or eye fillet, blue cheese potato, baby carrot, cauliflower, potato chip, braised short rib. Top your main off with a blueberry bread and butter pudding or try out one of the amazing cheese platters. Wait until you see the well thought out wine list too!
