An authentic New Zealand canyoning experience for all year round! As night falls, be guided by the light of the glow worms and stars...
Descend into the old freshwater canyon stream flowing down from Mt Karioi as night falls.
You will be surrounded by picturesque scenery throughout the trip, all located on hidden Raglan farmland. This is a highly rated, truly magical canyoning experience.
No matter the season, we have you covered! In summer you have lighter wetsuits, in Winter you'll be just as warm in super thick insulated wetsuits.
We encounter many obstacles on our way down, from waterfalls and rock walls to large boulders and deep rock pools. Challenge yourself to climb and abseil the cascading waterfalls and jump into the deep pools below!
Although challenging, you will be accompanied by a very experienced, passionate and personable guide who is 100% safety audit certified, making sure all adventurers feel safe and get the most out of each and every trip.
As we navigate our way downstream, we will reach the final waterfall which is home to thousands of twinkling glowworms. Cast your eyes around the rock face and revel in the magical luminescent display, before heading back to base to finish off an adventure to be remembered for a lifetime.
Meeting location: 33 Simon Road, Raglan 3225.
Thanks for your review Bethany! Stoked to hear you loved your trip and that the glow worms were putting on a show for you. As you can understand we are still a small business so unfortunately we don't have the facilities for guests to shower as of yet. This is something we are looking at putting into place with our new base! Thanks again for your valued review though, this is how we learn and develop. Kind regards Harry

Incredible experience! Amazing to see so many glow worms in and outside area. The random tea stop was unexpected but a delightful experience! Heads up: no showers after so make sure you take that into consideration - we were driving back to Auckland after so warming up and cleaning off would have made it an even better experience.
