Sanctuary Mountain - Explorer Pass

Posted by Mary Cunningham from New Zealand on 3 Aug 2021
Mary Cunningham said... Beautiful setting. Hard to spot the birds as canopy high. Trails are fairly steep so reasonable fitness needed. Can stay as long as you like and go as far as you want so no pressure. Plenty of seating areas where you can rest and allow the birds to come to you. The forest itself is worth walking through. The staff are super friendly and very helpful in helping you plan your time there. Definitely worth visiting.
