Our tour guide was nice but old school than the other tour guides. This made me feel very uneasy. He made jokes about things when I was scared, especially when doing the abseiling and saw eels. His explaination of the process was not clear and at one point told us a horror story about a man doing an abseil before we did it. The experience was good, the glow worms were amazing. The water is very cold so be prepared as it was a shock when i entered as at times it went up to my neck and I am 5 ft 3.
