Yet when we arrived at the hotpools, the lady behind the counter tried to charge us $5.00 per person extra for "being late". Luckily I had checked with the I-site whether it was save to book through Bookme so I could make clear that the site does not allow to select a time which means we cannot be charged a fee for "being late". A very disappointing start of the experience which I hope will not be repeated with other visitors! The 5 stars refer to the pools not to the welcome.
